The role

You own the information dimension of our advice, mapping the narratives, actors, and operations shaping a client's environment.

What you will do

This role contributes across SISG's seven service areas, in its own dimension:

  • Political and security risk. Add the information dimension to political and security risk assessments.
  • Strategic intelligence and market entry. Assess narrative and reputational conditions in a target market.
  • Crisis and access. Monitor information escalation during crises.
  • IHL and compliance. Flag legal and compliance exposure arising from disinformation and platform activity.
  • AI and influence threats. Lead detection, attribution, and response for influence operations and coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
  • Executive and asset protection. Assess information-borne threats to principals and brand.
  • Training and leadership advisory. Train client teams to read and respond to the information environment.
Education
  • An advanced university degree (Master's) in communications, media or information science, data science, or computational social science.
  • A first-level degree (Bachelor's) in a relevant field, together with two additional years of qualified experience, is accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.
Experience
  • Minimum five years of professional experience with substantial international exposure.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering work comparable to the responsibilities above, in information operations analysis, disinformation research, or digital investigations.
  • English is required. Arabic or French is a strong asset.
  • A record of integrity, discretion, and sound judgement under pressure, and of working effectively across disciplines and cultures.
Engagement model

This is a project-based associate engagement, not employment. Compensation is agreed per project. You invoice SISG as an independent professional and remain responsible for your own tax and social-security obligations. Work is mainly remote, with occasional site visits. Selected associates undergo due diligence and sign confidentiality and conflict-of-interest declarations. Joining the roster does not guarantee project assignment.
