It is under constant improvement, and it is used with human expert oversight. We say both of those things plainly, because the alternative is the kind of claim that does not survive contact with a real mandate.
Most tools in this space are built to sound certain. In markets where the record is thin and the sources are interested, that confidence is cheap, and it is usually the client who pays for it later.
Resolyn is built the other way. It is exact about the limits of what it holds, because the gaps are where the decision actually turns. Naming them is not a weakness of the method. It is the method.

It shows what it compared, keeps only what clears the bar, labels each point by how well it is corroborated, and says where the record ends. Where SISG has published on the country you ask about, its own note and graded forecasts appear beside the answer.
Nothing here is reviewed by an expert, and none of it is advice. In a mandate, that review is the point. Each visitor can ask five questions a day.
